Hi, we're Sydney and Matt, a responsible and experienced house-sitting couple in our early thirties from Washington, DC. We're open to house-sitting opportunities across the USA, generally looking for stays of one month or longer. That said, we're also willing to house-sit shorter durations if your home is particularly special or located in an interesting area. We are both remote workers so all we need is a strong internet connection and a surface to work on.
Both of us bring unique qualifications to the table. With over five years' experience as a nanny and pet-sitter, Sydney has a keen sense for animals and their well-being. Matt, with a pronounced green thumb, is passionate about plants. In past house-sitting roles, homeowners have been amazed at how well their plants thrived under Matt's care. He takes a meticulous approach by photographing plants upon arrival to monitor their health throughout the stay and is adept at understanding their specific needs.
