My life has been filled with pets since childhood.  I have enjoyed all kinds of pets, including hampsters, gerbils, cats, dogs and even a horse!  However, most of my pets have been dogs.  I recently had to put my 15-year-old rescue dog, Dodger, to rest.  I love dogs and miss them in my life.  I also enjoy travel and a change of scenery.   On a personal note, I am detail-oriented, organized, neat and tidy.  I have enjoyed a successful career in sales management/marketing and commercial leasing as well as being an entrepreneur in both hospitality and investment housing for university students.

I pride myself in being respetful to other people, their spaces and the environment. Please feel free to ask me anything that I may have left out.  I look forward to hearing from you, and I would be honoured and proud to care for your pet.

Karen stayed at our home and watched our dog Jacob (10 years) for about a week and half. She was very communicative and easy to organize the stay with. She arrived on time and the handoff was very easy and smooth. She took excellent care of our boy and the house while she was here - staying in regular contact with us. She left the place spotless and Jacob seemed very sad to see her go! She was the best! We would have her stay again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her for any house sits.
