Non-smoker,no pets, fifty five years or older to housesit in a new adult secure community. Our home is a twelve hundred and eighteen sq ft semi-detached home in a new adult orientated community consisting of thirty units. It is a gated community located in Cranbrook, BC situated in the south eastern corner of British Columbia in the East Kootenays. It consists of Kitchen with small eating area, sixteen x twenty four foot living and dining area, two bedrooms (one is currently used as a den) and two bathrooms and a double car garage. If we can come to a understanding on both sides our place would be available from Oct. 15 two thousand and sixteen to Mid April two thousand andseventeen inclusive. As per the guidlines on the housecarers site we require the housesitters to pay only the monthly utilities. In that respect the utilities which include Electricity, Natural Gas Heating, Satelite TV, Tele (Long Distance charges Included), Water/Sewer, and Common Area maintenance (including snow removal). The cost of utilities comes to around Five Hundred & Fifty dollars/mth cnd. We would require the first and last month payment as a security deposit to hold the unit.
