We are a married, healthy, retired couple(both non-smokers). I am a retired accountant (FCPA) and my wife is a retired nursing sister. We live on our own property in Tasmania, and have a daughter who lives and works in Sydney. We spend a lot of time travelling and are keen caravanners. Prior to the purchase of our present property we owned and lived on an 8-acre property in southern Tasmania and had horses, dogs, cat, goats and understand and love animals. We are experienced with dogs, cats and horses. In the past past we have utilised house-sitters to look after our properties when we have been overseas on extended periods and know fully the value of experienced and caring house-sitters, and the security that they provide.
