We are a retired couple looking for new experiences and adventures. We have raised four kids and several family pets in a rural setting so we appreciate family values.
Our professional careers in the technical and human services field led us to live in six different states, so we are familiar with several parts of the country (but we want to know more).
We started a successful health food business (Kathy loves to cook) so we know how to communicate with people. Both of us come from the country, so we are not afraid of a little work. After building three homes, we know which end of the hammer to hold and can be creative and resourceful when emergencies arise and things have to get done.
We moved to our permanent home in North Carolina seven years ago from Florida/Minnesota. We were both born and lived in Minnesota where we raised our children. We are totally retired now so our availability is very flexible. So why consider us to live in and maintain your valued home? Because we are mature, responsible, non-smoking, Christian adults that will care for your home and pets as if they were our own.
We have been house-sitting at various states and countries for the past 9 years.
