Norm and I are sharing our retirement dreams. We are a healthy, active, happy married couple who have maintained our own lovely, upscale home together for over 30 years.
Our children have grown and are having their own wonderful careers and adventures—now it is our turn! When we travel we like to live life as the local people do in order to understand what community life is like in other parts of the world. In our experience, people are good everywhere.
We enjoy meeting people, but we are quiet and happiest on our own at home. That means we will continue your neighborly relationships, and there will be no parties for you to worry about. Your home and pets will be safe and secure.
After over 30 years of family life, including our family pets, our house is still beautiful and immaculate! The gardens are beloved and carefully tended. We would like to look after your home in the same way. We are very particular about cleanliness and are knowledgeable about keeping things in good working order. We are experienced in caring for plants, pools and gardens. We have enjoyed both dogs and cats as beloved family pets and we would love yours just as much. We have also cared for swans, geese, ducks, turtles and fish, and one special horse!
We have 8 years of housesitting experience and have completed many long term housesits including small homes, estates and luxury properties, with and without family pets. My husband is extremely handy and can fix just about anything. We are both non-smokers. We have clean driving records and International driving licenses, in case we need to drive your pets to a vet appointment, a walking trail or a dog park, or pick up supplies for a project you have in mind. Our references are all five star!
We have been active in our community and will provide stellar references upon request and clear Police Background Checks.
