Hi, I am Ann from Vancouver, BC. I am happily retired and love caring for a home and pets. I have had cats, dogs, birds, hamsters, fish etc when I was raising my four kids in the suburbs of Vancouver.
I have also lived on a working ranch and have experience with some farm animals. We owned 160 acres near 100 Mile House. We had hay meadows, chickens, horses and cattle. I loved working with the animals and also liked to hike in the woods with my two dogs by my side or go Horseback riding.
I now live in a "no pets allowed" building. So homesitting gives me the opportunity to love some furry and feathered friends.
I love to garden, flowers and veggies. I enjoy being out of doors, working in the garden or hiking. I live a few blocks from the beach and dike and go there for long walks to enjoy nature.
So I will happily walk your dog during the day and tend your garden. Or feed the chickens and take care of other farm animals.
I am also an artist and I love to read too. So in the evening, I will be happy to curl up with your pets and spend a quiet night at home.
I am a non-smoker and I actually like housework. I like to keep things clean and tidy.
