I am a semi-retired business owner who is looking to broaden my experiences and travel both within Australia and overseas. 

I have been house and pet sitting for friends and clients for over three years and since joining Housecarers last year I have been fortunate enough to secure 3 fabulous house sitting opportunities.  These have involved travelling to France, Western Australia and Victoria and all have proved to be wonderful experiences.  Please refer to my current references for endorsements from the home and pet owners.

I am experienced in looking after many dogs including Cavoodles, King Charles Spaniels, Staffordshire Terriers and other small to medium breeds.  I also have a great love of cats. My family and I were very happy cat owners for over 20 years. 

I take pride in our home and garden and transfer those energies into caring for other people’s homes.  I have shared my house and pet sitting with my husband Paul who is a very keen gardener and walker, as well as friends and will continue to do so in the future when suitable.

We are a non-smoking couple who enjoy going out for meals with friends, entertaining at home and travelling to experience new cultures, cuisine and landscapes.  I have been involved in many community and fundraising projects and some of my interests include cooking, reading and spending time with great friends.

We are flexible with location (coastal, city or regional).

Fran and her partner Paul  were all we could ask for to look after our fur babies.  They were always keeping us up to date with photos of the cats sitiing on their laps and Rosie our dog been taken for long walks every day.  We always know when they have been welled lovedby the way they greet us and say hello and straight back to Fran and Paul.  Ok Mum and Dad we are happy when are you going again.

Must say a big thank you for the communication we received as well photos and messages so we knew they were well carded for all the time we were away.  Very important when we have have a exteremly elderly cat of 18 years plus.  The home was left clean and tidy as well.  A BIG THANK YOU TO YOU
