- Taking care of your pets would be no problem. I spent a month and a half in Vancouver taking care and walking our daughter's Husky while they were away for an extended period. I took care of a Ragdoll cat and a Bermese Mountain Dog/ Australian Shepherd cross for a month, for several years, in the Vancouver Point Grey area. In addition, for a month and a half, I took care of an elderly cat that has arthritis and needed some medicine, morning and night. We have also had many cats ourselves as house pets.
- I love to be outside and to garden, so caring for some plants would be enjoyable.
- Both Jim and I do not smoke, we do not entertain large groups instead we prefer a more quiet life.
