Experienced housesitter coming to the end of summer assignment here in the Rocky Mtns. I am looking to continue caring for another live-in property through the winter. Experience includes:

- long and short term property care

- caring for diabetic animals

- lawn care and gardening

- sprinkler system repair

- living in rural setting

- well water maintenance

I am very conscious of direct and consistent communication with owners. I will ask questions without worry. I recognize that your home is precious to you and want to keep it that way.

What an great housecare experience I had with Ashyln! She was very pleasant and easy to communicate with the entire time. We messaged back and forth and she was quick to respond back. Our interatction was always pleasant both on the phone and in person. 

I have had other house sitters in the past but Ashyln exceeds any of my expectations or worries. I have never seen my dogs so laid back about my return back home. Which only meant that they were well loved and taken care of. For that I am extremly grateful for and would most definielty have Ashylyn come back and highly recommended her to others, especially if you have animals.

Prior to arrival she kept in contact which was reassuring.  She clearly demonstrated care for Gustavo, my massive yet tender mastiff, right from the start. She was respectful of my privacy which is very important to me. Ashlyn is a very good housesitter and I look forward to her coming again, and again. You can rest assured that she will be respectful and caring of your home and pets.
