Amazing hiking/bicycling trails right out the door.
DOGS:
Gustavo = 1 massive Bull Mastiff (he doesn't drool!) who was recently rescued as the breeding stud for a "puppy mill". He's 9 yrs. Beautifully healthy. A true gentle giant. 170 lbs. I refer to him as my "weapon of choice". When I am away from home he stays in a large, fenced yard; however, when I'm home he's generally by my side. He sleeps in the Great Room (not my bedroom). He looks frightening but is a sweetheart.
Lovely patio w/big potted flowers that require daily watering (if no rain) in the late Spring - Summer * takes about 30 min total; however in winter no flowers, no watering chores.
Satellite internet w/WiFi; large curved screen HG TV + Amazon Fire; "Dish" TV. All porcelain tile floors; jetted jacuzzi tub Fireplace in Living Room; Gourmet kitchen. Beautiful covered patio dining. Never had cats or smoking.
I'm looking for someone to keep the home fires burning and keep Gustavo company. He's accustomed to me being gone daily 8-12 hrs, which time he spends in his fenced yard. You'll have your freedom to take "day trips" to Bisbee, Tubac, Tucson, Nogales (AZ + MX - bring your passport if you want to go to MX). Hiking, biking, kayaking, gallery + cafe + winery hopping, wine tasting ... too many fantastic options ... or enjoy the beautiful & placid view from my patio and read a good book or write, make art. Watch movies, I have HBO, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and all the local channels (Tucson).
