I have been a house owner and property developer since my very early 20's. I recently decided to take extended leave from work in order to explore the country in a motor home. This also involved the sale of my residence.
I am now back in Tassie, still in my motorhome and still in the process of deciding upon my next adventure. Do I return to work and buy/build another house, etc, or do I continue my nomadic existence? My two adult children are in Tasmania and for the time being at least, this is where I want to be.
I fully understand the importance of good housekeeping and I am a keen gardener. I love both cats and dogs and have owned a number throughout my life. I enjoy my own company and my party days are behind me. In short- I make a perfect house sitter.
