Recent graduate engineer, lover of the history of Mexican food and its oldest traditions, looking to research, write and share about all these traditions of each state. I am an animal lover since I have been walking dogs, bathing and trimming dogs and cats.

Hoping to know all of mexico as well as the traditions of each state and municipality.

I am a person who loves to read, take care of my body and mind, love to cook and take care of the animals in the house, playing and cuddling.  I enjoy gardens and I love to see each plant grow, so I take care of nature.
