Tomas seems to be hopping from one housesit to the next, which means that he’s obviously very accustomed to traveling around and caring for other peoples pets. He is rather laid back about any problems arising (his arrival didn’t work out as planned, which seems to had him less stressed than me, and he didn’t let my two little angels/demons stress him too much^^). He’s constantly in contact and asking about anything that might come up and even went to the post office to collect a registered letter for me! My cats were cared for extremely well and even received some deep massages! So I can wholeheartedly recommend Tomas as a sitter, your animals will be very well cared for.

Caribeso was an excellent house sitter for my two dogs. He was attentive to them, kept me informed about their activities and asked questions if he had concerns. He also watered my plants regularly, and reported on possible problems around the house.  I will ask him back in the future.

Tomas came to us the night before we left on our month long journey. I found it was a bit challenging to go over everything with him before we left at 5 a.m., but he coped well with the challenges he faced.  Water leaked under the sink - he mopped it up not once but twice before the repairman could arrive. He also took pictures to show the repairman what was leaking and enabled a very rapid replacement of the offending plumbing.  He contacted me regularly and ket me updated on the cats - Phantom was doing her thing of "this is my house and I don't care how much grass or food you try to give me, I'm not gonna eat it".  She was in no danger, but he thought I should know. He kept track of garbage days and dumped all garbage the day before we returned. Constant contact and regular updates are important when one is thousands of miles away and he took care of that. Happy to hear he enjoyed Cuenca and visiting around Ecuador. To make sure he would be able to cover all his responsibilites and arrive on time, he asked if a friend could accompany him since he often travels alone.  That was ok.

Tomas was a natural with our nervous dog. He knew how to handle him from the get go. He was very attentive to both our pet and our home, even changing a few light bulbs. During our absence, he was easy to get a hold of and kept me updated on the house and our dog. Left the house clean.  I would positively recommend him.

We so much appreciated Tomas' care for our pets and our house. He sought out adventure (hikes) with our dog and enjoyed his time in the San Francisco Bay Area. He was flexible and helpful with last minute car trouble, and asked supportive and clarifying questions about his responsibilities. He was knowledgable about house, garden, and pet care. Tomas was wonderful and did a wonderful job looking after our dog and birds. He took great care of our place and when we came home the house was neat and tidy, the lawn mowed.                                                                            And all of our (according to him insane amount) of houseplants lived!!!                                                                  The best part was that he kept in touch while we were gone and we never had any doubts that all was well.               marie and stephen

I am so glad I had an opportunity to meet Tomas and Amy. They were delightful, interesting and caring.

My kitty was well taken care of as was my home. There was a snowstorm while I was away and Tomas was So generous in offering to get the snow off my car. They also took care of clipping my cats nails.

I would not hesitate in recommending them.
