I am a recent early retiree that is looking for house sitting opportunities.  When I was first married we house sat for several years for friends before purchasing our first of ultimately 6 homes in the US.  Fell in love with the concept.  Following my wife of 40 years passing away and selling my home I need to keep busy and active.  House sitting is perfect and I am old enough to respect property and pets. 

I have had both Covid shots and boosters and ready to travel.  Willing to take care of pets, gardens and grounds if required.  Just finished a 6 week house/pet sit in Cheltenham, England in the summer of 2022 with 2 dogs (one with a separation anxiety disorder) and 2 cats and sitting in March/April 2023 in Strasbourg, France with 1 cat. 
 

I am willing to house sit just about anywhere in the world and would like to keep traveling and getting to know different cultures.

We had the pleasure of having Phillip come for 5 weeks to look after our two rescue staffers and two cats and our home.

5 weeks is a long time... and our animals are elderly. When we got home we were delighted at how happy and cared for they were. Throughout our holiday Phillip sent daily updates with photos of our furry family

In addition, Phillip is such a thoroughly nice chap! We had the pleasure of his company for a few days before we went away and it was lovely to get to know him
